Your personal information, collected below, will be used to facilitate an application for a Victorian Government secondary teaching degree scholarship. Your information will only be disclosed to staff within the Victorian Government assisting with the Victorian Government secondary teaching degree scholarship. The information collected may also be disclosed to Department staff who need to know in accordance with the Department's privacy policy and also disclosed where otherwise permitted by law.
Non-identifying demographic information may be used in a de-identified and aggregated form for Department of Education (DE) reporting on this project and/or for research purposes.
The information will be collected via the Vision6 online platform, on servers located in Australia, and transferred to a restricted location on DE's servers. Only those with a need to access the information for the purposes of the project, including staff from the Department of Government Services who will later administer payment of the scholarship, or related reporting will have permission to access the information.
