Between 2015-16, the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) investigated a number of allegations of serious corruption at the Department of Education and Training through Operation Ord and Operation Dunham.
Reports submitted to IBAC
The Secretary Department of Education and Training Gill Callister committed to providing IBAC with a detailed progress report on the implementation of its integrity reform program by 30 December 2016, and a final report demonstrating the effectiveness of these reforms by 30 September 2017.
The Working with Integrity report also provides an update on our progress implementing the reform program to address issues identified in Operation Dunham, with the final report demonstrating the effectiveness of these reforms to be provided to IBAC by 30 March 2018.

IBAC public hearings and statements
Operation Dunham is separate to Operation Ord, for which public hearings were held between April and June 2015.

Statement to IBAC's Operation Ord (Banker Schools)
Appearing as the last witness in the public inquiry, the Secretary of the Department of Education and Training Gill Callister set out her plan to address the issues raised by the Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission and by our own internal audits and reviews since the investigation began.
