Under Section 38 of the Act, rail access prices must be published, by the Ministers, by notice in the Government Gazette, by 1 June 2024, for implementation by 1 July 2024.
The Act requires a public consultation period of 30 days prior to notice being given in the Government Gazette of new prices.
