The Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 (Vic) aims to encourage and assist people to report improper conduct in the Victorian public sector and provides certain protections for people who make a disclosure.

How do I make a disclosure?

A disclosure is an allegation of improper or corrupt conduct. Disclosures about the Social Services Regulator or its employees may be made by contacting the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) as follows:
