Event conditions

1. Eligible wildlife licence holders must meet and comply with the rules of the event stipulated by the organisation.
2. This approval is only valid when the event organiser maintains current and appropriate public liability insurance for not less than $10 million for the specified events. Proof of this insurance must be provided upon request by any authorised officer of the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action.
3. The direction of any authorised officer of the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action, about this approval, must be followed.
