Nominations for the 2025 Victorian Training Awards are now open!
Share your story of success. We’d love to hear it.
Vocational education and training is essentially an exchange and learning system. Industry exchanges ideas about new and evolving approaches to production and services in our economy. TAFEs and other training providers develop learning models. Both of these create the environment for success in our economy and for learners.
I am always inspired by the journey to excellence of our nominees. It gives me tips and helps me strive to explore new approaches to vocational education and training.
Your story, or that of one of your colleagues, is worth telling and will help others engaged in vocational education in Victoria to achieve their goals.
Celebrating these stories helps the whole Victorian skills system improve and strive for more.
Whether you are an apprentice, trainee, student, teacher/trainer, employer, TAFE or other training provider, you are supporting the skills that Victoria’s communities and economy needs to grow and prosper.
I encourage you to reflect on the remarkable stories of previous Victorian Training Awards winners and finalists, the legacy they have left and the motivation they continue to inspire.
The effort is worth it, and don’t forget that many of our winners in the Victorian Training Awards go on to represent Victoria in the Australian Training Awards and are recognised as the best in country!
By nominating yourself of someone else you can showcase your best and further build the excellence of Victoria’s TAFE and skills system.
