Once your organisation has spent your grant funding you must complete a grant accountability report. For some grants you will also need to complete a evaluation report.
Completed reports need to be submitted to the relevant program team.
What are grant accountability reports?

- detail how your organisation spent your awarded grant funding
- ensure that funding is spent in line with each grant's program guidelines.

Evaluation reports:
- detail how well your grant project went
- provide information on how projects can be improved
