Email interest in engaging employers in pre-accredited training in these fields:
- Building and Civil Construction: lrizzacasa@prace.vic.edu.au
- Health allied services: olivia.hurrell@bcal.vic.edu.au
- Aged Care: cherylpeacock@cire.org.au
Three Learn Local industry practice networks (IPNs) have been established and seek expressions of interest from Learn Local providers who would like their assistance over coming months and in 2024.
The IPNs are to help increase delivery of pre-accredited foundation skills training that meets employers’ needs and provides employment opportunities for adult learners in the local community.
The IPNs are made up of Learn Local providers who have relevant industry field experience and are willing to share their knowledge, skills and resources with other Learn Local providers.
The IPNs offer professional learning in engaging employers in codesign of pre-accredited foundation skills programs that meets employers needs and mentoring during program delivery to learners.
Email the IPN coordinator if your Learn Local provider would like to explore delivering pre-accredited training to meet local employers needs and provide local jobs for learners in these fields:
