Digital skills for jobseekers resources available on the Learn Local Secure Portal in Term 2
Four new digital skills for jobseekers courses will be available on the Learn Local Secure Portal on Tuesday 26 April 2022.
We invite you to an information session, where we will be in conversation with Frith Littleford, the Wyndham Community Education Centre project manager. She will talk about the four courses, their target audience and some of the unique features of the resource materials. Each course is 10 hours and is designed to be bolted on to longer courses.
The resource materials include teacher and learner workbooks, videos and slide decks. A course plan and session plan are also provided.
The materials are specifically written for jobseekers and cover the following topics:
- Online job search
- Online applications
- Online communication platforms
- Phone and video interview skills.
To register for the session, please complete the registration form at Digital skills for jobseekers information session registration.
