I, the Hon Daniel Andrews, Premier of Victoria, state that the following administrative arrangements for responsibility for the following Acts of Parliament, provisions of Acts and functions will operate in place of the arrangements specified in the Administration of Acts General Order of 16 October 2017 (as amended by the Supplement of 7 February 2018 and 1 July 2018), in relation to the Acts, provisions of Acts and functions specified in this Supplement.
This Order takes effect on 7 September 2018.
