Your Worker ID is your unique ID for the Portable Long Service Benefits Scheme.
If you change jobs, give your new employer your Worker ID and they will start including you in their quarterly returns.
You will also need your Worker ID to register for the worker portal. When you are registered you can log in to the portal to track your employer contributions, current accrual under the scheme, update your contact information and access your annual statements.
How to find your Worker ID
When your employer has registered you with the Portable Long Service Authority, you’ll get a letter or email from us that includes your Worker ID.
If you haven’t received your Worker ID or are unsure if you have been registered, contact your employer to check they have registered you.
Lost Worker ID
Your employer should be able to provide your Worker ID.
If you are unable to contact your employer, you can contact us by calling 1800 517 158(opens in a new window) or emailing enquiries@plsa.vic.gov.au(opens in a new window).
