Why report an employer
Most employers in community services, contract cleaning and security are covered by the Portable Long Service Benefits Scheme.
If an employer is covered under the Scheme, it is compulsory to register with the Portable Long Service Authority, register covered workers, submit quarterly returns and pay a levy.
You can help us protect the benefits of workers by reporting covered employers who may not be complying with the Scheme.
Employers failing to comply with their obligations may be subject to regulatory action by the Authority.
