CSV put a project manager in place, which at the time I thought probably wasn’t required, but as it turned out it was absolutely fantastic. Between our Customer Liaison Officer and the project manager we were able to get through the whole process relatively easily.

It's been a long journey but without Cladding Safety Victoria it would have been a lot worse."
