If your application for the Liquidated Builders Customer Support Payment Scheme is approved, you may receive a support payment equal to the amount paid, up to a maximum of 5% of the New Home Contract Price, with a cap of $50,000.
If you are eligible for the payment, you must consent to transferring your rights under the contract to the State of Victoria.
