"Cladding Safety Victoria was excellent.
Our Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) was very proactive - they were on the ball and kept us up to date with phone calls and emails. I even had several phone calls with CSV while I was driving around on a header in the country last year. CSV was very proactive in making sure the project was going well. Our Customer Liaison Officer has a lot of projects on his hands and he managed to keep us in the loop on our project the whole way through, so I was very happy with that.
Ours was a relatively small project compared to others, but you only have to see what the cladding does when it goes up in smoke to understand the risk. The support of the Victorian Government has been very welcome by all owners in the building.
Once the project was underway we managed to effectively work with the contracted builder, project manager and CSV if any issues arose. Funding came through extremely quickly which was good as well.”
