Brandon – Hairdresser
Brandon has always enjoyed being creative and learning hands-on skills. He wanted to start a hairdressing apprenticeship when he finished school.
Why he chose the VPC
Brandon liked that the VPC can include doing community projects and working in a team.
It offers the flexibility he needed because of his long-term medical condition. It also allowed him to study beyond two years.
He talked with his family, teachers and school’s careers counsellor to find out if this was the best way for him to finish school.
