Overview
The Emergency Recovery Resource Portal (ERRP) is for the disaster recovery workforce. Its purpose is to better enable community-led recovery and resilience practices.
The ERRP provides:
- a central point of access to key recovery resources and guidance
- helpful, relevant resources for communities and agencies supporting recovery in Victoria.
We commit to adapting and improving these recovery resources to reflect best practice.
For information about the limitations of the resources on the ERRP, please read this disclaimer.
A community-led approach and ethos
Community-led recovery recognises that every community, disaster and recovery experience will be different. The priorities and time frames of affected communities should lead recovery.
Recognising the connection between recovery and resilience
Good recovery practices enable and invest in resilience for communities. This happens from local recovery activities through to state wide reform and improvements.
Register as an ERRP stakeholder
If you are a disaster recovery practitioner in Victoria, and would like to stay informed and support improvements to the ERRP, please consider becoming an ERRP stakeholder.
By registering as an ERRP stakeholder, you agree to be contacted from time to time with updates and may be invited to participate in:
- surveys
- discussions
- disaster recovery networking events
There is more to come
The ERRP will develop over time to help guide people supporting disaster recovery. This includes better access to information for people and communities recovering from disasters.
Recovery supporters and practitioners, from community and government designed the ERRP for themselves. Further input from users helps to improve the relevance of the portal. It also helps us to understand and strengthen the way it gets used to improve recovery outcomes.
Provide feedback and suggestions through the form below to help the ERRP improve.
