The Victorian Guide to Regulation is a document that outlines the Victorian Government’s approach to impact assessment. It explains how to prepare regulatory impact statements (RISs) and legislative impact assessments (LIAs).
The guide is intended for policy advisers who are developing policy proposals, including making new regulations or reviewing existing regulations.
