Sandra is a mentor with the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO) program. She previously worked as a research and development leader at Bega, which makes her a great match for Courtney and helps connect her with internal development and mentoring opportunities.

Early in my career I had access to many women leaders and role models who assisted in my development and leadership journey.
Through my mentoring relationship with Courtney I try and support her through making her aware of various resources that are available out there.

I enjoy giving back to the community. It gives me a sense of fulfilment and I am always learning something new. I got into mentoring as I noticed not everyone had the advantage of having a mentor. It was part of my desire to give back and form a community.
