If your employer (check if they’re registered using our employer lookup tool) is not able to confirm if you are registered or provide your Worker ID, or if you don't want to speak to your employer directly, you can contact us on 1800 517 158(opens in a new window) or enquiries@plsa.vic.gov.au(opens in a new window).
If you are a registered worker and are missing service from one or multiple employers please complete our missing service claim form.
