Our units
Marine Search and Rescue (MSAR) is made up of 27 marine response locations.
Most units are concentrated within Port Phillip Bay but other span the Victorian coastline and along Victoria’s coastline at key boating locations. There are also 2 inland MSAR units that operate, Lake Hume Coast Guard and Lake Eppalock Coast Guard.
