My name's Brent McAlister, I'm the Chief Executive of the Northern Grampians Shire Council, and I'm standing near the new early
learning centre in St Arnaud.
In terms of working with the VSBA, it's been a great partnership, both in Stawell and St Arnaud.
We've had quite a few challenges in St Arnaud over the last 18 months, finding a suitable location.
And we've had quite a bit of public involvement in that, and I've got to say, the patience of the VSBA to hang on for 18 months until we actually came up with this site has been admirable.
And so we came to an agreement with pretty much everyone that this was the best site. So, it was great to partner with the VSBA in that regard.
