Lindsey White: The Inclusion Outreach Coaching involves being connected with a coach. And it's a real deep, rich conversation about what your needs are at your school.

Tim Wright: We actually identified what we were doing really well and we actually also identified some areas where we could build on that.

Rachel Morgan: Being able to grow the school from that spot to their next point. That's all very individual. There's no two schools really that are at the same point in their journey.

Michael Ring: Looking to see how we could take that work into all of the classrooms. So all students had access to that same teaching and learning.

Rachel Morgan: And we’re then designing an action plan around what's the work going to look like and what we'll be doing in our collaborations together?

Cameron Nicholls: It gives us a really clear scope and timeline for setting out on our journey to achieve these goals.

Melissa Patching: We're now using a lot of different strategies, programs, tools, building capacity in our own teachers to support our students.

Cameron Nicholls: We're already starting to see within the first six months some really significant improvements in our students literacy results.

Rachel Morgan: There's also been success in terms of the classroom environment. So, when you walk into a classroom, you know that there's supports in place that help everybody achieve their goals.

Carmel Fitzgerald: So the impact of it hasn't just been for diverse learners, it's been for all learners.
