Sarah, a baker: So, I was emailed a survey through the Victorian Skills Authority which asked me to complete the survey obviously, um just in regards to the course that I completed which was Certificate III in Bread Baking. The survey took me about 10 minutes to complete, ah, very easy, I was then in the draw for $1000 which I was lucky enough to win. And with that $1000, I went on and bought a mixer for my baking. I’ve always loved baking. I used to love baking with my nanna ah when I was a little girl. She used to make a really, really good sponge and now I love baking sponges as well. I just hope that they’re as good as my grandma’s. I think that everybody can learn from feedback, that’s how we learn, that’s how we grow, and I hope that they did learn something from my feedback. So yeah, really fantastic prize.
