[Person 1]: I'm a working mum I've got young children. I work, I study and to be able to fit in volunteer work around my schedule, I think that's fantastic.
[Person 2]: I joined MSAR because when I landed here, I knew no one, so I thought it'll be a good way to meet people with similar interests.
[Person 3]: People join because they've got a love of the water and a love of boats but also because people want to help.
[Person 1]: I saw a photo of a couple of ladies she got her Coxswain license and that was the turning point for me when - I just wish I had a done it sooner.
