[Voice]
Ah tell me about your experience of hybrid work.
[Evan]
I found hybrid work good actually.
[Mark]
I had a really good experience of hybrid work.
[Stephanie]
So the entire year has been a bit of a hybrid model in terms of working from home and from the office.
[Mellanie]
I enjoy it because I felt I was more productive.
[Evan]
It's definitely been something you need to get used to but coming straight from uni.
[Mark]
It's not actually that different to uni where you would only come in like a couple of days.
[Evan]
Especially for the first couple of weeks if you can go into the office, go in the office, it's a great confidence builder.
[Stephanie]
If you're making a cup of tea or you hear someone talking about something they're working on, you can turn around and ask a little bit about that and get involved in things that you otherwise wouldn't have known about.
[Tom]
It gives me the flexibility to maintain my quality of life while still being able to engage with my team and have that social connectedness.
[Stephanie]
It's been really great to come into the office a couple of days a week.
[Mark]
I came in 2 or 3 days a week.
[Tom]
I'm doing 3 days in the office and then 2 at home.
[Mark]
I think people will choose to come in for a reason right? That's something that they're working on. They want to meet up with the team and likewise, like there will be days where you know it's a bit more relaxed, you can work from home and that's ok as well.
[Mellanie]
So hybrid working was really cool for me.
