Individual, team and organisation wellbeing can be measured by everybody completing the 5-minute PERMAH survey.

Data from this survey is not only helpful in informing your actions, it also creates an opportunity for continuous improvement at an individual, team and organisational level.

It is important to note that work relationships and teams are key in any organisational cultural change, improving workforce wellbeing, and reducing fatigue and burnout.

An external facilitator, or someone in your workplace or team, can lead this process.

Using the organisational self-assessment tool, included in the guide, combined with the organisation’s PERMAH report, discuss things the organisation can do to improve workforce wellbeing.

For cultural change to occur, we know it must be embedded in attitudes, behaviours, and practices and this will take time and an ongoing commitment.
