MARAM and Information Sharing Week 2024

This year’s theme is Strengthening our family violence shared understanding and practice.

The Department of families, fairness and housing is hosting the annual MARAM and Information Sharing Week from 21 to 24 October.

The Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM) is a framework for services to identify, assess and manage the risk of family violence.

The week aims to increase awareness and understanding of MARAM and information sharing in practice.

This year’s theme is Strengthening our family violence shared understanding and practice. The week will include a range of online seminars for the Victorian family violence sector. Attendees will hear from victim survivors, practitioners and service providers about information sharing.

MARAM and Information Sharing in practice

10 to 11.30 am Tuesday 22 October 2024

Join us for insight into how the Victorian Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM) and Information Sharing Schemes are applied in practice.

This event will highlight the MARAM Working with Adults Using Family Violence practice guidance which was launched in 2022.

Our panel will share how the guidance was developed and applied in practice settings.

Adding iCal reminders to your calendar

iCalendar is a computer file format that you can import into your calendar (computer or mobile device). These files have an extension 'ics'.

To add an iCal file to your Outlook calendar:

  1. Download one of the files to your computer.
  2. Open Outlook and click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
  3. Select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs). Click Next.
  4. Browse to find where you saved the iCal file and select it. Click OK.
  5. In the popup window, choose 'import its items into your calendar'. Click Import.
