ISEs are prescribed under the:
- Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme as specified by the Family Violence Protection (Information Sharing and Risk Management) Regulations 2018
- Child Information Sharing Scheme as specified by the Child Wellbeing and Safety (Information Sharing) Regulations 2018.
