In 1989, Carol took on the role of Executive Officer for the Australian Resuscitation Council, the voluntary co-ordinating body that represents all major groups involved in the teaching and practice of resuscitation, and still holds the role currently.
She has been the Convenor for all 12 of the Australian Resuscitation Council's 'Spark of Life' international conferences.
Carol demonstrates kindness and understanding by providing support to candidates and instructors in times of great personal and professional need, recognising that completion of the course may impact the livelihood of graduates.
