Aishwarya Kansakar is a multi-award-winning AI and automation entrepreneur, not-for profit executive, STEM education innovator making exceptional contributions to the community and field through her innovation, mentorship and entrepreneurial endeavours.

As a woman in AI and STEM, she currently does robotic process automation (RPA), deploying server bots and bringing forth automation efficiencies for one of the largest fast-moving consumer goods companies in the world.

Aishwarya is a hyperpolyglot who speaks six languages. She was selected by the New York Academy of Sciences as a STEM mentor for the 1000 Girls 1000 Futures Program and Junior Academy Program under the Global STEM Alliance Initiative. She mentors students from more than 9 countries in technical projects initiated by the students.

She has spoken at conferences including the Generate 22 - National AI and Robotics Conference in Australia, World Assembly for Women in Japan, Yenching Global Symposium in China, and the Victoria IT Leadership Summit 2022. She continues to speak on topics such as RPA, digital transformation, hyper-automation, and AI strategy to inspire people of all ages and backgrounds to thrive in technology.

Aishwarya holds a Master of Computer Science and AI, and a Master of Management from Melbourne Business School at the University of Melbourne. She also has an Executive Certification in Artificial Intelligence from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ritsumeikan University in Japan.

Aishwarya was awarded the Australian National Women in Digital Rising Star Award 2021. She has also received Australia’s Top 50 people in Electronic e-Commerce Award for 2020. Aishwarya continues to be a global role model and champion for students and professionals for STEM careers and entrepreneurship.

Aishwarya is the recipient of the 2025 Young Australian of the Year Award for Victoria.
