Emergency Recovery Hotline

If you have been impacted by a major bushfire, storm or flood, support is available.

To get help, you can call the Hotline on 1800 560 760 from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (closed weekends and public holidays). Press 9 for an interpreter.

If you are in immediate danger, call 000.
